Kieran has joined the practice, he has previous experience that includes several management positions in NHS England, general practice and care home management.
The practice manager duties include all business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient centred care. The Practice Manager is also responsible for human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. Feedback and complaints. The Practice Manager also is the Administration lead for safeguarding of children and vulnerable adults. The Practice Manager supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services.
